In this role as an Inside Sales Specialist EMEA technical B2B, you’ll work in an international technical environment, where you’ll translate customer queries into smart solutions and actively contribute to growth. You will act as a commercial sparring partner for your customers, both internally (sales managers and your colleagues in the sales support) and externally (primarily distributors and OEMs).
You speak English and German and will be taking on a commercial role for technical systems in the EMEA region; how exciting is that!
About the company
You will be joining an international organisation in the technical manufacturing industry. The organisation is part of a large international group, but still retains the informal atmosphere of a medium-sized team in the Netherlands.
With around 40–50 colleagues, you will work in an environment where innovation, collaboration and quality are key. Based in the Waddinxveen area, you will work with colleagues and customers across the EMEA region.
Your role as an Inside Sales Specialist
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the commercial link between the customer, sales managers, the sales support team and engineering.
Your main tasks will include following up on warm leads, managing customer relationships, providing customer support and preparing quotations.
The Inside Sales Specialist we are looking for
You are an experienced (Inside) Sales Specialist with a combination of commercial acumen (80%) and technical aptitude (20%). You work proactively, in a structured manner and independently, and switch effortlessly between different stakeholders.
In addition, you have:
- A good command of English and German; Dutch is a bonus
- Experience with CRM (such as Salesforce), ERP systems and MS Office
- A customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
