About the company
You’ll join a global engineering consultancy known for large multidisciplinary projects and strong technical expertise. The team in The Hague, around 120 people, collaborates with international design centers and works for major clients in tech, energy, aviation and logistics. Your role as Electrical Engineer
You take ownership from early concept to construction. You translate client needs, manage design partners, and safeguard quality. Instead of drawing all day, you understand what clients need, and make sure this result is achieved.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead the development of electrical system concepts based on client requirements
- Manage and review work from international design teams
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers
- Prepare and check technical documentation and specifications
- Visit sites to verify execution and resolve issues
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors and internal teams
Who are we looking for?
You enjoy technical responsibility, stakeholder alignment and guiding others.
You bring:
- Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in construction services
- Knowledge of IEC, NEN and safety requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (pre)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or BIM is a plus
- Familiarity with STABU is good to have
- Ability to work freely in The Netherlands (no visa sponsorship needed)
