About the Company
Our client is a leading player in the energy market, focusing on sustainability and innovation. They play a crucial role in the transition to renewable energy and the electrification of society. Their products include energy management solutions, such as medium and low voltage systems and transformers. The company operates in several European countries and has a strong international team.
What Will You Do?
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the Utilities segment in the Northern European region. You will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and lead a team of around 15 account managers, which will grow to 20 in the coming months. Additionally, you will:
- Ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets in the region.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as a leader within the organization and as an ambassador for the company.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet the needs of clients in both the public and private sectors.
- Develop and implement world-class sales structures and processes.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a driven leader with at least 10 years of experience in sales and business management within the electrical industry, ideally with experience in the Utilities & Renewables sector. You possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and grow teams, and strategic insight to develop and execute sales plans. Additionally, you have:
- Solid skills in writing and executing strategic sales plans and effective sales proposals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel on average one week a month of the time across Northern Europe.
