On behalf of a global power management company we are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Netherlands and Germany region.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of market expansion, identifying new opportunities, and creating innovative product-market combinations for their large product portfolio, including Medium Voltage Assemblies, MV transformers and software tools.
The clients are in the private and public sector and are split between Germany and the Netherlands.
This role will allow you to:
- Support your clients to transition to renewable energy sources
- Join a leading international electrical services organization and play a pivotal role in creating and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across Germany and the Netherlands
- Enter a strong energy market
- Join a team of 3 driven Business Development colleagues, reporting in to the Manager Business Development EMEA
- Receive a competitive compensation and benefits package on a German or Dutch contract (depending your location). The package is based on your experience level.
- Work (fully) remote
We’re looking for a professional with the following background:
- Strong understanding of distribution grids, electrical infrastructures, and Medium Voltage/Low Voltage products
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Several years of sales (support) experience, preferably in major projects
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; Dutch is a nice to have
