Hello there!
I am Málna an enthusiastic young professional, who comes from Hungary but has quite a history with the Netherlands. I fell in love with the country in 2019, when I had the luck to study for a semester at Maastricht University and had some time to explore the country and its diverse and fascinating culture. That was the time I decided that I would come back in the future to experience more!
After returning to Budapest I finished my bachelor´s in International Relations, specialising in European Studies. I felt the need to interact more with people and decided to continue my career path in Talent Acquisition. Since 2019 I have learned a lot and gained hands-on experience working at a multinational Business Service Center operating worldwide in the pharma industry. I had the opportunity to learn from exceptional HR professionals and partly thanks to them decided to continue my master’s studies in Management and Organisation specialised in Human Resource Management.
Simultaneously with my studies, I could work full-time as a Sourcing Recruiter at one of the market-leading recruitment agencies in Hungary supporting international, small- and midsize clients with a wide range of industries. I could connect to all kinds of local and international talents with different backgrounds working in diverse commercial roles at all kinds of seniority levels.
Thanks to the combination of my work experience and studies throughout the years I could accumulate all the necessary skillset, which allows me to do recruitment with a true passion and devotion towards people.
I love to help people in finding their dream jobs and I believe if it’s the right match then you do not have to work for the rest of your life.

Just to provide you with some less formal information, in my free time, I love to go out to the city or into nature and explore as much as I can. I am a huge animal lover and for more than 3 years also vegan. I enjoy socialising, connecting, spending quality time with friends, playing board games, cooking and of course good series as well! 😊
Since November 2023 I have been located in Den Haag and ready to fully explore the region professionally and personally as well.
